Will my furniture need assembly?

No. All your deliveries will be fully assembled by our team and ready for you to enjoy or rent out.

Yes, all kitchen and utility items are available and can be included in our packages.

What is a Complete Turnkey package?

We use the term turnkey package to refer to our service of providing a complete home furnishings package complete with linens, kitchen appliances & accessories and professional installation. Everything is setup in your home and ready for occupancy including making the beds and hanging of the pictures.

Are Kitchen Appliances included in your packages?

There are individual white goods and electronics or packages to be selected which gives a complete turnkey solution and therefore includes all required accessories.

Who provides assembly and installation for the packages?

Our Delivery division coordinates all assembly and installations for each package. This division ensures that every item delivered matches your order and is properly installed into your home and returns any merchandise deemed to be defective. All white goods are installed by trained technicians from the manufacturer to ensure valid guarantees.

Can I make changes in my package?

Yes. We encourage our customers to take their time in purchasing their selection. You may in most cases make changes in the set package.

Do you offer outdoor/patio furniture in your packages?

Yes, we have many options and styles available. Ask our Furnishing representative for more information and pictures.

How soon can I receive my furniture?

Turanlar Home Furniture generally provides 14 day delivery on in stock items. Allow days for all packages and up to 60 days for special order items. Delivery times are based on in stock supplier items.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver ONLY in the Turkey.

Do you charge for delivery?

No, we offer free delivery on all packages within a 2 hour drive of Bodrum, Turkey with orders over 3500YTL.

What if my order contains damaged goods?

Minor damage sometimes can occur due to the bulkiness of furniture during delivery. Occasionally, there may be a manufacturing defect. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have the product replaced and/or returned to the supplier. Please note that some suppliers require merchandise be returned to our store prior to your replacement. The advantage is that we have strong relationships with local suppliers and will fully oversee this process.

I live outside of Turkey how can I ensure that everything was delivered satisfactory?

We will take digital photographs and email them to you for verification. We will also forward the attachment of the actual itemized checklist of every item ordered and delivered. Should you dispute any item we would require an email confirmation within 7 days of delivery.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Turanlar Home Furniture accepts bank transfers.

How soon before we receive the pictures of furnishing items after we place our order?

As per our Contract we deliver items within 28 days of placing the order or until key handover occurs. If you are planning to order special order merchandise, ordering 60 days in advance is suggested.
