RENTAL PACKAGE 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
Commission payable by owner is 25% of weekly rental rate throughout the year. The commission paid covers the following:
Full inventory taken - copy to owner, copy to file, copy in property
Inventory checked on every departure
Arrivals clean or freshen up if necessary.
Mid stay clean - linen change, towel change, laundry
Departure Clean - thorough clean of property, linen change, laundry done, beds remade, property left ready for use.
Advertising on our website (with associated links), other holiday rental web sites. If the owner wishes to advertise on web sites charging annual fees then these fees to be met by the owner.

Deposit of 30% required when booking, balance to be paid 1 month before arrival. Returnable security deposit of £200 required when balance paid. Damage or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit at end of stay.

Guests can order Welcome Packs at £4.50 p.p.
Extra shopping - £10 service charge to cover staff and delivery, payment on arrival

Additional Information
Welcome Packs consist of: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, fruit juice (1 ltr), bread, butter, jam/honey, cheese, biscuits.
Latest order time 24hrs before arrival
Extra Shopping
Orders for extra shopping to be placed 48hrs minimum before arrival. Every effort will be made to purchase all items required but local substitutions may be necessary. Receipts will be provided and payment to be made on arrival.
Baby Items for hire: These items to be ordered no later than 2 weeks before arrival and will be placed in property for scheduled arrival.

If guests require additional cleaning and laundry services to be undertaken we can provide staff at a daily rate plus laundry costs (including ironing).
Airport Transfers, car hire and day trip arrangement can be made via our office.
Emergency telephone number
All guests will be provided with an out of hours telephone number should an emergency arise such as needing a doctor, ambulance, traffic accident and translation. This number is for emergencies only, all other enquiries or requests can be made during normal working hours.
Late bookings for the apartment will be accepted at the discretion of the owner only as payment will be in cash on arrival.
