After a long journey the last thing you want to do is go shopping for the essentials to make a cup of tea or coffee on your arrival, especially if it’s the middle of the night! We can provide everything you will need to keep you going.
Our Welcome Pack will consist of supplies sufficient for the number of people arriving and is made up as follows:
Tea, Coffee, Bottled water, Milk, Sugar, Fruit Juice ( 1 litre), Bread, Butter, Jam/Honey, Cheese, Biscuits, Toilet Roll.
Please order your Welcome Packs no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival and it will be ready and waiting for you. Perishable items will be placed in the refrigerator.
Additional items can be purchased on request with the order placed no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. We will endeavour to buy all items requested but local alternatives may have to be substituted. For these shopping orders there will be a surcharge of £10 to cover staff and delivery. Receipts will be provided for payment.
